VIVO, Aesch

The new VIVO quarter is being created as an attractive gateway to the northern outskirts of the municipality of Aesch. Due to its size and location, the project is a key element of densified urban development in Aesch. The 15,188 m² site of the former owner and project initiator, Victus Real Estate AG, had been used for storage and as a reloading point. By 2024, a mixed-use development with housing, businesses and commercial space will be created here, with around 85% of the primary use space dedicated to housing.
