Station development, Oberwangen

A largely abandoned site alongside the station in Oberwangen is to be developed by Halter AG in cooperation with the freeholder VAREM AG. Plans include a densified residential complex integrated thoughtfully into the surrounding area and with a portion dedicated to commercial and retail space. A wide range of different housing types will be on offer to allow for different styles of living and price segments. Both owner-occupied and rental apartments will be available.
