Solviva Chappele, Seftigen
A premium construction project with a care centre and rental apartments is being created in a prime location in Seftigen for Solviva AG. The project was developed as a cooperation between the Seftigen municipality and Solviva AG on the basis of existing development regulations.
- Care centre with 66 care rooms, restaurant, infrastructure spaces and around 410 m2 of service areas; three apartment buildings with a total of 37 rental apartments. The two parts of the structure are connected via an underground car park.
