The high-rise building in Oerlikon, built in 1972 as the tallest building in the city at the time, was repositioned after a development phase of around one and a half years. 124 rental flats and a hotel with a total of 178 guest rooms are being built under the "Mama Shelter" brand.

Thanks to partnership-based negotiations with the monument preservation authorities and the conclusion of a protection agreement, the heavily overused property could be dealt with in an orderly approval process.
