RhyTech quarter, Neuhausen am Rheinfall

In 2024, the present industrial area near Basel's Badischer Bahnhof will have been transformed into a lively open complex with apartments and retail and commercial space complemented by cafés and restaurants. Various squares, promenades and parks will provide opportunities for residents to meet up and socialize. The urban development will subtly reference its history and combine new builds with the existing, old "Hall 22". The outstanding features of the complex will be two high-rises with 17 and 24 storeys, respectively. Offices and laboratories will continue to function under the name Rhytech Materials World in the existing buildings.
