A new business centre is to be built at the heart of the city of Geneva in Lancy. The prestigious Pont-Rouge business district, which is taking shape on the PAV (Praille, Acacias and Les Vernets areas) industrial estate, is very centrally situated, directly adjacent to the Lancy-Pont-Rouge railway station. Apart from commercial space and offices, the new Esplanade 3 building, one of the four structures comprising the Esplanade de Pont Rouge project, will house a four-star hotel, a four-star apartment hotel and a retirement home.
