Pilatus Arena / Pilatus Tower, Kriens

The Pilatus Arena, Switzerland's one of the most modern midsize arenas, a centre for indoor sport and events with national and international impact, is being built in the vibrant Mattenhof district of Kriens (LU). The arena offers space for up to 4,500 visitors and will be a magnet for sporting highlights and unforgettable events. The operating company Pilatus Arena Sports & Events AG, with Halter Gruppe AG as the main shareholder, guarantees the forward-looking and responsible operation of the Pilatus Arena.

To realise the project, 370 high-quality rental and owner-occupied flats are being built around the arena, spread over two striking high-rise buildings with heights of 110 and 50 metres. The urban neighbourhood will be complemented by a variety of commercial uses at the base, bringing life and dynamism to the surrounding area.
