Mall of Switzerland (entire complex), Ebikon

Mall and leisure

Built on unused land belonging to the Schindler Group in Ebikon, the Mall of Switzerland is the largest and most exciting shopping centre in central Switzerland. The heterogeneous conglomeration in the Rontal thus has an urban-style complex that acknowledges the region's growth potential. The 46,000 sq.m sales area offers space for around 150 shops, restaurants and bars. At the heart of the complex is EbiSquare, an open central space ideal for open-air events of all kinds. The Mall is linked directly to a leisure centre with a multiplex cinema and will also be connected to a prospective hotel.

Wohnen am Ebisquare

The buildings in the separate complex on the edges of the block are situated on the lively square next to the Mall of Switzerland in sight of the Buchrain suburban train stop. The apartments are connected via an inner courtyard used by all that serves as a meeting place for tenants. All housing units likewise have one or more private outdoor areas, which give their occupiers a direct connection to the uniquely beautiful landscapes of central Switzerland.
