Under the name Futurama, Halter is breathing new life into the two abandoned office towers from the 1990s. Over the next few years, a multifunctional centre for innovation, technology transfer, teaching, research and industrial manufacturing will be created on an area of around 25,000 square metres. The gradual transformation will not only reposition the buildings, but the growing commercial area in the vicinity will also benefit from leisure and catering facilities.
