The eight-storey B2Binz commercial and administrative building was currently under construction in the trendy Zurich Binz district. The new building comprises around 11,600 m² of office and commercial space. The offices are located on the third to sixth floors and have access to a south-facing green terrace. In the basement is a garage with 32 parking spaces and bicycle parking.
With the ‘House of Interiors’, an inspiring tenant fit-out was created in 2025 on the ground and first floor of the Grubenstrasse development on around 3,300 m². The modern concept focuses on community and synergies between office and commercial use - a pioneering approach for new working environments.
