amRietpark entire complex, Schlieren

On the former Färbi area a new district with a distinctly urban character was built here in the immediate vicinity of the station and town centre between 2007 and 2015. Running alongside the neighbouring open area with green spaces and footpaths are freehold and rental apartments, offices and exhibition space, shopping facilities and restaurants. The high-rise on Goldschlägiplatz is one of eight buildings comprising the new district and Switzerland's first Minergie-P-Eco (ultra environment-friendly) residential high-rise.
