Moxy Hotel, Lausanne

The Moxy hotel with 113 rooms on four floors is located at Place du Flon in Lausanne. The new concept from the Marriott hotel chain features various public areas on the ground floor together with a lobby, reception, conference rooms and a lounge, including bar. Apart from equipment rooms and a store, the building also has two underground floors accommodating a recording studio, gym and staff rest room. In order to ensure safe escape routes and emergency exits, the hotel is physically connected to the neighbouring buildings.
