Langstrasse / Heinrichstrasse, Zurich

Near the Limmatplatz tram stop in Zurich, the property, which was in need of renovation, underwent refurbishment and an increase in height in a de-rented condition. The original 16 units were converted into 12 new flats. These changes to the floor plan enlarged the flats and significantly increased the quality of living. The wet rooms, kitchens, windows, floor coverings, balconies/terraces, built-in cupboards and the fibre-optic equipment were renovated. The addition of the attic storey created three studio flats to modern new standards with underfloor heating. The façade was painted and the balconies were newly concreted.
